DECLARATION

All of us at The Installers Depot are thrilled to be your partner on this project. Please be aware that the majority of the products available at www.theinstallersdepot.com may not be of standard shipping size, incurring significant shipping expenses. Before placing an order with The Installers Depot, we strongly encourage you to double-check your requested dimensions and finishes. Avoid unnecessary return shipping costs by ensuring your purchase aligns with your requirements.

 U.S. Return Policy - (Applies only to purchases directly from The Installers Depot - by internet, phone or associated applications)

 30-Day Return Period on Stock/Standard Product(s) and Accessories:

The Installers Depot values its relationship with you and offers the option to return stock/standard product(s)* directly purchased from us. You may return the item(s) for a credit or refund of the purchase price, excluding a 15% restocking fee (and any applicable sales tax). The 15% fee covers the processing of funds in and out, as well as restocking of product(s). You are responsible for the expense of shipping the products back to The Installers Depot.

Unless you have a separate written agreement with The Installers Depot or as provided below, stock product(s)* may be returned within 30 days from the invoiced date for a credit or refund of the purchase price paid, minus a 15% restocking fee and any applicable sales tax. You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the products to The Installers Depot.

Custom product(s) or special orders are NOT eligible for return, credit, or refund unless the product is received defective or the return is a direct result of The Installers Depot error.

RETURNS & EXCEPTIONS

The restocking fee and any return shipping fees will be waived ONLY if the product is received defective or the return is a direct result of The Installers Depot error.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Make sure the RMA # is plainly visible on the outside of the package in large, dark print. Product(s) returned to The Installers Depot without prior authorization will be considered an unauthorized return and will be rejected.

How to Return Your Product(s):

STEP 1: Obtain an RMA Number:

Before returning a product, you MUST contact The Installers Depot returns department at 888-688-3650 or send an e-mail to returns@theinstallersdepot to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. The Installers Depot will not accept returns without an RMA number.

STEP 2: Reseal Your Order Package:

Reuse the original packaging if possible, ensuring the product(s) are in as-new condition. All bundled products must be returned with all items included in the bundle.

STEP 3: Ship Your Item Back to Our Warehouse:

The Installers Depot will NOT provide return labels. You must ship the product(s) at your expense, and we recommend insuring the shipment against loss or damage. Damaged shipments will be refused and ineligible for credit or refund. Upon receipt of your return and pending inspection, we will issue a credit or refund of the purchase price paid, minus a 15% restocking fee and any additional applicable taxes.

Please reuse the original packaging if possible. Secure it with tape and write THE RMA # where it is plainly visible on the outside of the package in large, dark print.

CANCELLATIONS

If a customer requests to cancel before the order ships, the cancellation fee will be 10% to cover credit card transactions.
