All TID Products Are Shipped From Within The United States. Primary Facility Is Located In North Georgia. Supplemental Facilities Are Located in Dallas, Texas and Lakeland, Florida. 

When Will My Products Ship? 

Orders Placed By 12 PM EST Will Ship The Same Day. If Ordered After 12 PM EST The Order Will Ship The Next Business Day. 

What Shipping Carrier Does TID Use? 

TID Primarily Utilizes Fedex But At Times Will Supplement With UPS Or USPS. 

What Is The Installers Depot Service Area? 

The Continental United States. We Do Not Service Hawaii, Alaska, Canada or Mexico At This Time.

How Do I Cancel An Order? 

  • You Can Cancel Any STOCK Order Before It Ships.

  • Custom Orders Can Only Be Canceled BEFORE the manufacturing process has begun. 

What Should I Lookout For When My Order Is On The Way? 

  • It Is Not Uncommon For Your Delivery To Be Packaged In Multiple Boxes And Possibly Be Delivered On Different Days.
  • Tracking Numbers Are Available After 6PM EST On The Day You Receive Your Shipping Notification. 
  • When Your Order Arrives - If You Have Missing Products Or Packages - Please Call TID Immediately at 888-688-3650 or email at hello@theinstallersdepot.com
  • Please Inspect Your Package Thoroughly For Damage And Document Any Damage With Pictures. 
    • If Your Package Is Damaged With Severe Perforations or Bends In Packaging - Deny The Entire Shipment And Contact TID Immediately
    • If You Accept The Package And There Are Visible Damage To Packaging - When Signing - MARK ON THE RECEIPT There Was Visible Damage.  Take Pictures Of Packaging & Products.

Officially TID Operating Hours Are From 8 AM EST Until 5:30 PM EST Time. To Be Honest Though - The Whole Reason We Started This Company Is To Give You The Level Of Customer Service You Deserve For Your Hard Earned Money. We All Have An App On Our Personal Cell Phones So That We Can Answer After Hour Calls. 

Are Warranty, Technical Specifications & Installation Instructions For Your Products Available?

As Of Right Now - Warranty, Specification & Installation Documents Are Available Upon Request. Each Day, TID Staff Are Adding These Documents To The Products Corresponding TID Page. If Your Products Documents Are Not Published - Please email TID at hello@theinstallersdepot.com with your products SKU or Product Description & We Will Have That Document To You Within 8 Hours Of Request.
